They require a special tester to tell the difference. \u201cIt is a great alternative, as it wears exactly the same as an earth-mined diamond, but it is considerably less expensive. So brides can get that big look, with the same durability, without the cost. <\/p>\n
Moissanite\u2014This is also lab grown because genuine moissanite is very rare and is more expensive than an earth-mined diamond. \u201cMoissanite is a 9.25 on the Mohs scale (diamonds are a 10) and to an untrained eye looks like a diamond. This is also a great way to have a big look, without the cost of an earth-mined diamond.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nSalt and Pepper Diamonds\u2014These are earth-mined diamonds that have a ton of characteristics in them. \u201cBrides love these for the uniqueness of them. Sometimes they are called galaxy diamonds because it can be like looking into the night sky.\u201d<\/p>\n
